Our Fab Forgetful Friends meet monthly to socialise and reminisce.

Members share lived experience and can relate to each other in a way people who do not live with dementia can understand. They enjoy making friends, having a cuppa, laughing, chatting and going out on trips.

The FFF want to have support and understanding, fight discrimination and stereotype, and raise awareness.

We meet once a week for a gentle stroll around the park and tea or coffee at The Pavilio Café.

Sometimes we may make use of the Bike Hive Adapted Bikes for a pleasant ride or rickshaw around the park.

Pyaari Yaadein is a bespoke project we developed to work with people from a South Asian Background. We undertake dynamic activities celebrating their rich cultural heritage and embracing British culture.

The sessions are run by trained professionals that are proficient in various South Asian languages and dialects to facilitate ease for the participants. We provide a safe environment for South Asian people living with Dementia and their carers

Our super talented Gospel Choir meets on Saturdays to sing their hearts out and have a good time!

This choir sings a mix of gospel and other popular songs.

Carers are also welcome to sing as singing can help relieve your stress and energise you!
