Its #FridayFun time!! This week, Carers met in Alexander Park on Thursday evening for a relaxed stroll around the park followed by a tasty picnic with homemade quiche and sides! Its #FridayFun time! Our members took part in a range of crafty activities this week full of baking, singing and gardening 🎵 Taking inspiration from the song, members had a go at making their own trifle at some groups this week with posh cold jelly and custard 😋 The Trafford group also got stuck in with baking and made some delicious bakewell tarts! As its the growing season, Mike, our new Dementia Group Leader who has quiet the green thumb🌼 had a lovely session gardening

⏰IT’S TIME!⏰ Are you ready for some #FridayFun? This week, we’re looking back on our big trip to Dunham Massey last Tuesday. It was a beautiful sunny day and everyone was in good spirits - even the bees stopped to pose for a photo! 🕛IT'S TIME🕛 For this week's #FridayFun, we are going for gold with the Longsight Group Olympics 🥇🥈🥉 At the group this week we had an Olympics Pentathlon challenge, comprising of acrostic poetry writing, wordsearching, bean bag throwing, tennis volley and finally a Jenga building competition! The women’s team won this with the tallest building – with an extra chocolate biscuit layer! Gold medals! 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 Join us next week for more #FridayFun!
