A new group for people who want to talk about living with dementia – to each other and to professionals, services providers etc. Our Friends are the experts about what it’s like to live with dementia and want to be consulted or train others. We are part of the Dementia Engagement & Empowerment Project network and hope to work with similar groups across the region.
We are meeting monthly but need VOLUNTEER BUDDIES to support our members to get to meetings or attend special events. As we grow and get busier we will also need funding to facilitate this important work.
