Our Friendship & Activity groups are fun, relaxed, safe and social places for people living with dementia.
We have 7 groups that meet weekly across the city, each one with its own distinct personality and sense of community.
Our Dementia Support Team
This is your Team section. It's a great place to introduce your team and talk about what makes it special, such as your culture and work philosophy. Don't be afraid to illustrate personality and character to help users connect with your team.
In the groups
Welcome to our Interactive Gallery! This is a fun space where you can see some photos of our members, carers, volunteers and staff members getting up to all sorts of fun during Together Dementia Support's groups, trips and sessions.
You can move the photos around your screen by clicking on them, holding down the mouse button and moving your mouse. You can make the pictures bigger, make the pictures smaller, or rotate and twist them about.
If you are using a touchscreen, such as a phone or a tablet, you can use your fingers to move things around and make pictures bigger or smaller.
