All donations go directly to Together Dementia Support. Additional Information Shariah-Compliant Wills Available on request. Leave a Legacy (Optional) You may be invited to leave a gift to Together Dementia Support in your Will, but this is entirely optional. What’s the Process? Book Your Appointment Contact us to schedule your Legal Clinic session. Complete a Questionnaire We’ll send a form to help us understand your needs for a Will or LPA. Return the Questionnaire One Week Before This gives the solicitor time to review your circumstances in advance. Attend Your Legal Clinic Appointment Meet with the solicitor at the TDS office to review your form and discuss your wishes. Attend a Second Appointment to Review and Sign Your Will or LPA will be drafted, and you'll return to sign the final version at TDS.
