Winter Walks: Hollingworth Lake

Get walking on your way to calmer, happier, healthier you.

We know that when we've been out walking we feel better, so that's why Together Dementia Support have teamed up with Greater Manchester Walking Grants to host a series of Winter Walks across Manchester and beyond.

Get outdoors, see some picturesque sights, and make friends with other carers as we go for a series of short or more challenging walks in local beauty spots. You may have to wrap up warm, but it will be a fantastic opportunity to make new connections while getting some gentle exercise and seeing places you may never have been before.

We can't wait - and we know you're going to love them!

Transport will be provided. This walk is will take place at Hollingworth Lake, Littleborough at 12.30pm on Saturday 25 March 2025, and you will meet Jo and Fiona at Hollingworth Lake Activity Centre. They'll be wearing yellow lanyards so you can easily spot them.
