Winter Walks: Alexandra Park

Get walking on your way to calmer, happier, healthier you.

We know that when we've been out walking we feel better, so that's why Together Dementia Support have teamed up with Greater Manchester Walking Grants to host a series of Winter Walks across Manchester and beyond.

Get outdoors, see some picturesque sights, and make friends with other carers as we go for a series of short or more challenging walks in local beauty spots. You may have to wrap up warm, but it will be a fantastic opportunity to make new connections while getting some gentle exercise and seeing places you may never have been before.

We can't wait - and we know you're going to love them!

This walk is will take place at Alexandra Park at 1.30pm on Friday 17 February 2023, and you will meet Anna at the bench by the duck pond, opposite the Pavilion Café. They'll be wearing a yellow lanyard so you can easily spot them.
