Get walking on your way to calmer, happier, healthier you.

We know that when we've been out walking we feel better, so that's why Together Dementia Support have teamed up with Greater Manchester Walking Grants to host a series of Winter Walks across Manchester and beyond.

Get outdoors, see some picturesque sights, and make friends with other carers as we go for a series of short or more challenging walks in local beauty spots. You may have to wrap up warm, but it will be a fantastic opportunity to make new connections while getting some gentle exercise and seeing places you may never have been before.

We can't wait - and we know you're going to love them!

This walk will take place as a replacement for the Hollingworth Lake walk that was sadly cancelled. 

Transport will be provided for up to 10 people. This walk is will take place at Dunham Massey National Trust Park at 12.30pm on Saturday April 15th 2023, and you will meet Anna and Sally at the Main Entrance. They'll be wearing yellow lanyards so you can easily spot them.
