At Together Dementia Support we like to reward our hard working staff with treats such as regular well being activities. Today we braved the rain to try out our new E bike in Alexandra Park. It was a lot of fun and easy to ride. Our E bike was purchased thanks to an Active Travel grant from TFGM. The bike can be borrowed by our Carers for exercise, leisure or as a greener alternative to using the car.
