This #ThankYouThursday we would like to thanks our amazing delivery staff!
Firstly, our DGL's: Zsuzsi, Mike, Rukaiya, Dorothy and Jo - They provide the most amazing support to our members at our groups, constantly coming up with new ideas and activities for them to enjoy. Our service could not be possible without them and we are constantly impressed by just how much support they give. Jo also plays a key role in running our amazing Together @ Home service.
Secondly, our amazing support worker; Daphney - She provides the most amazing 1:1 support to so many of our Together @ Home members, forming such strong connections and enabling those who would usually feel isolated, to now have a strong relationship. She also now supports our Trafford group every Friday.
Lastly, but not least, our Carer Support Leader: Anna - Anna gives the most amazing support to our carers, offering them advice, support and a friendly face to help them through their caring journey. The Dementia Cafes and socials she runs really offer a great support network to groups of carers. She will see you at Ghyll Head to those going!
