Together @ Home is our service for people who are unable to attend our group-based delivery. Our 9 current volunteers have been matched or are ready for matching with a person living with dementia and have been given training so that they can visit once a week to do some fun, social, creative, music-based or gentle exercise activities.
It is such a vital service that gives support and socialisation to people who really need it. As well as those listed, we also want to thank our Dementia Support Worker Daphney for the vital work she does with her members in the service, as well as our students on placement, Becca and Ros.
