Join us for The Together Trail, our brand-new sponsored walk in support of people living with dementia and their carers. This fundraiser is about more than just steps – it’s about honouring memories, celebrating our local community, and raising vital funds for people affected by dementia across Manchester.
What’s Happening:
A 2.2km loop walk – take it at your own pace, complete one loop or several
A lively, fun warm-up, live acoustic music, and refreshments
A Memory Tree to leave a message for someone special
Raise £100 – Get a T-Shirt & Medal!
We’re asking each walker or roller to raise £100 in sponsorship. Every pound makes a difference to someone living with dementia or caring for a loved one. As a thank you, you’ll receive a Together Trail t-shirt and a medal on the day for your incredible support.
