Friday Fun - on a Thursday! Easter, bunny hops and fundraising

As Easter Friday approaches staff and members of Together Dementia Support have been getting crafty making Easter nests, eating Easter eggs and getting ready for a well earned long weekend. Happy Easter to all our members and carers. TDS will be taking a an Easter break now with all groups starting up again on the 5th April with the exception of our PY Group which will run next Thursday 4th April.
