Together Dementia Support

Rain didn’t stop us from making memories and a real difference.  On Saturday, 13th September, Together Dementia Support  held the brand new sponsored walk , The Together Trail , in Wythenshawe Park. Despite the grey skies and typical Manchester rain, the park was filled with laughter, fun, and lots of generosity.
